okay me now what where um how were Clinic owners who came to speak to us um and decided to switch to spr this weekend really interested in particularly the insurance ones are coming to from um looking to make their their Clinic more efficient and like improve their billing um do you have any sort of examples of how some clinics have decided to um move forward and and why did they want to switch in the first place yes absolutely so as the focus of uh PPM live was transitioning clinics to cash based systems you know insurances are reimbursing less and less as we know so moving them over to cash based systems they're thinking about how to what kinds of systems are available for them to be able to do that right so the billing systems available currently what are they being charged we had a clinic that came over and um you know looked at our particular uh uh wording right here and said oh yeah we're paying five six 7 8% uh billing fees and um of course with spry it's much less than that right so they're able to when we got down to the numbers they're looking at being able to reduce their fees by 50% uh and that's a huge huge Improvement in their cash flow that they can now use to be able to inject it back into the business and build on their people and build on their uh you know marketing and their sales and all that so um I think they're quite pleased to hear that you know this what everything spry can offer um you know the EMR and the the schedule and the documentation and the eaing and HP and all that doesn't come with a high price including the billing right it's it's a 4% um you know billing fee and everything under underneath that is taken care of for them
